How to download the Fart Together demo

  1. 01

    Install Steam (free)

Fart Together is a Windows PC game distributed through Steam. If you don't have Steam yet, download it from steampowered.com and create an account — both are free.

  2. 02

    Open the official store page

Search "Fart Together" in Steam or go straight to the store page (AppID 5117550). Watch for the developer name GamesMrkt — that's the 2–4 player co-op game this page is about.

  3. 03

    Click Download Demo

The store page has a "Download Fart Together Demo" section. The demo includes the online co-op obstacle courses, so you can play with friends before launch day.

  4. 04

From October 29: install the full game

Once Early Access unlocks, the same store page turns into the full install. Wishlist the page now and Steam will notify you at launch.

Only download from the official Steam store page — there is no other official PC distribution.

What you need before you download

Fart Together is a Windows-only Steam release, so the checklist is short. You need a 64-bit Windows 10 or 11 PC that meets the system requirements below, a free Steam account, and a stable internet connection — the game is built around online co-op, so there is no meaningful offline mode to fall back on. A controller is optional but worth plugging in: the store page lists both Xbox and PlayStation DualSense controllers as supported, and holding a dedicated "push" input beats hunting for keys when your team is screaming at a sharp turn. Disk space is modest at around 4 GB, and the demo is smaller than the full build. No purchase is required at any point before October 29 — the demo is the whole game's co-op courses, free.

Demo now, or wait for Early Access?

Download the demo today if you want to play with friends this week — it carries the online co-op obstacle courses and costs nothing. Wait for October 29 if you'd rather start on the "real" build: Early Access is the developers' current full version, and they plan to grow it over roughly two to three months with more courses, obstacles, modes, characters and customization. Progress made in the demo doesn't carry a price tag either way — nothing is being sold yet, and the Early Access price hadn't been announced on the store page as of October 22, 2026. Wishlist the page and Steam emails you the moment the full game unlocks.

Same name, different games

Several apps called "Fart Together" appeared across app stores around the same time as the Steam game. If you searched for a download, this table is the important part — only the first row is the 2–4 player co-op raft game.

Product Platform · maker Verdict What it actually is
Fart Together on Steam PC · GamesMrkt The real one The 2–4 player online co-op raft game. Demo free now, Early Access October 29, 2026. This is the game every PlayWiki Fart Together page covers.
Fart Together on Roblox Roblox · community "fart with friends" Different game A Roblox experience with matching fart-raft gameplay. We could not verify any connection to GamesMrkt — treat it as its own thing, not the Steam game.
Fart Together on Google Play Android · single-player Different game A single-player physics mini-game where a cartoon animal rides a raft. No online co-op, not made for playing with friends.
Fart Together on Microsoft Store Windows · single-player Different game A single-player run-and-jump racer alongside NPC friends, listed in October 2026. Not the co-op raft game.

Store listings checked October 22, 2026. If a listing's maker is not GamesMrkt, it is not the Steam co-op game.

Download FAQ

Is Fart Together free to download?
The demo is completely free — it's on the official Steam store page and includes the 2–4 player co-op courses. For the full game, Early Access pricing hadn't been announced on the store page as of October 22, 2026; the developers have said Early Access will cost less than the full release.
How much will Fart Together cost?
No price was listed on the Steam page at the time of checking. Beware of third-party sites quoting numbers — several prices floating around search results belong to other games. The number that appears on the official store page on October 29 is the one to trust.
Can you download Fart Together on mobile?
Not this one. The co-op raft game is a Windows PC title on Steam — there is no iOS or Android version of it. The Fart Together apps on Google Play and the Microsoft Store are separate single-player mini-games that happen to share the name.
Is the demo the same as the full game?
No. Per the Steam page, the demo covers the co-op obstacle courses, while the Early Access build is the developers' current full version — and a Team Race competitive mode is still in development, planned after launch.
Do you need Steam to play Fart Together?
Yes. Steam is the only official PC distribution — the demo and the Early Access release both live on the Steam store page, and online co-op runs through Steam. Sites offering a "direct download" or a launcher of their own are not official; get the game from Steam and nowhere else.
